Saw something that really hit home. Control the messages you give to yourself, and others can give to you. Switch your social media follows, adjust your podcasts, throw in some more positive tv / reading content, consider who you’re texting, build up positive influences around you little by little, and you’ll continue to draw strength from them. All of them will help you build a whole new life.
